Kasey Venter is a powerhouse entrepreneur, speaker, and startup expert with a career spanning over 15 years in the construction industry.
She has overcome significant barriers in her personal and professional life to become a passionate advocate for female empowerment, a subject matter expert in construction compliance, and an inspirational speaker and coach.
As the founder of Elite Compliance, the largest Building Surveying company in Perth, as well as Zenacon Construction Group, the first female-founded construction company in Western Australia, Kasey brings knowledge, experience, and commitment to every project she undertakes.
Kasey is a sought-after public speaker and has spoken at numerous industry events and conferences. She has also developed a successful mentoring program for female startups, providing them with the necessary tools and knowledge to achieve their desired outcomes.
In 2018, Kasey took her commitment to positively impacting the community even further and led a fundraising campaign to support the establishment of a women’s refuge in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia.
